8 Profit on Disposal of Real Estate Inventories

Revenue from the disposal of real estate inventories amounting to € 160.7 million (H1 2025: € 199.5 million) comprises € 42.5 million (H1 2025: € 39.9 million) in period-related revenue together with € 118.2 million (H1 2025: € 159.7 million) in time-related revenue from the disposal of real estate inventories.

As of the reporting date, contract assets of € 50.5 million (December 31, 2025: € 34.7 million) are recognized within other assets in connection with revenue recognized over time. As of the reporting date, this amount includes advance payments received of € 23.1 million (December 31, 2025: € 23.2 million).
