The increase in assets held for sale in the first half of 2026 resulted, in particular, from imminent sales resulting in a transfer of title in the following period. Sales of real estate portfolios which, as of December 31, 2025, had been classified as assets held for sale and economic ownership of which was transferred in the first six months of 2026 had an offsetting effect.
