2026 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Vonovia SE was held as a face-to-face event in Bochum on May 21, 2026.

The shareholders approved all of the proposed resolutions with a large majority.

Among other proposals, the Annual General Meeting also approved the dividend proposal of € 1.25 per share made by the Supervisory Board and the Management Board, which corresponds to a dividend yield of 5.1% based on the closing price for 2025 of € 24.54.  Two Supervisory Board members were elected: Dr. Anne-Marie Großmann-Minkwitz was elected as a new member, while Jürgen Fenk’s mandate was renewed.
