11 Other Operating Income

Other operating income mainly includes cost reimbursements and compensation paid by insurance companies in the amount of € 54.3 million (H1 2025: € 59.5 million). This item also includes the reversal of impairments in the amount of € 4.0 million (H1 2025: € 4.5 million), largely associated with Development to hold projects on which impairment losses were recognized last year. There were no reversals of impairments on Development to sell properties in the reporting period (H1 2025: € 0.0 million).
