Vonovia’s net asset figures are based on the best practice recommendations of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA). At the end of the first half of 2026, EPRA NTA amounted to € 39,212.0 million, slightly below the value seen at the end of 2025 of € 39,253.7 million. EPRA NTA per share changed from € 46.28 at the end of 2025 to € 46.22 at the end of the first half of 2026.
