Vonovia’s net asset value figures are based on the best practice recommendations of the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association). At the end of the first half of 2025, EPRA NTA amounted to € 37,739.6 million, 1.4 % over the value seen at the end of 2024 of € 37,215.6 million. EPRA NTA per share changed from € 45.23 at the end of 2024 to € 45.16 at the end of the first half of 2025.
