Vonovia’s net asset value figures are based on the best practice recommendations of the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association). At the end of the first quarter of 2024, the EPRA NTA came to € 38,062.9 million, slightly lower than the value of € 38,140.9 million seen at the end of 2023. EPRA NTA per share decreased from € 46.82 at the end of 2023 to € 46.72 at the end of the first quarter of 2024.
