The positive business development continued in the first half of 2025. Despite the smaller portfolio, the earnings contribution from the core Rental segment was slightly higher than in the previous year. The contribution from the Value-add segment increased significantly.

Some of the projected values for the year as a whole have increased slightly as of the first half of the year. We expect adjusted EBT* to be between
