12 Other Operating Income

Other operating income includes the reversal of impairments in the amount of € 4.5 million (H1 2024: € 10.1 million), largely associated with Development to hold projects on which impairment losses were recognized last year. Reversal of impairments on Development to sell properties were not recognized in the reporting period (H1 2024: € 3.9 million).
