4)When calculating the heat energy used, the rental areas were extrapolated to the total building area in accordance with German Buildings Energy Act (GEG) 2020 §82 (2) by adding 20% for the common areas. 6)Calculated on the basis of the share of renewable energies in the Swedish electricity mix according to the Swedish Energy Agency, in the Austrian electricity mix according to the E-Control 2021 electricity labeling report (location-based approach in each case). For the German region, all volumes traded via VESG using the 100% green electricity certificate of origin, deleted via the Federal Environment Agency's certificate of origin register.
