13 Capitalized Internal Expenses

Capitalized internal expenses in the fiscal year amount to € 538.0 million (2023: € 470.4 million) and mainly relate to the expenses of the Group’s own craftsmen’s organization contained in the capitalized modernization costs as well as the management costs for major modernization projects.
