50 Declaration of Conformity with the German Corporate Governance Code

In March 2025, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Vonovia SE and Deutsche Wohnen SE issued a Declaration of Conformity with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code in accordance with Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and made it permanently available on the  Vonovia and Deutsche Wohnen websites.
